Shortly before noon local time, witnesses reported hearing multiple shots inside North Park Elementary School in San Bernardino, California, roughly ten miles from the site of the deadly mass shooting in 2015.

Early reports suggest that there were three victims, including at least two students. Police Chief Jarrod Burguan confirmed via Twitter that two students were transported to a local hospital and that there is evidence to suggest the shooting was a murder-suicide attempt.
Officials evacuated students to a nearby high school, and all reports indicate that the situation is no longer considered dangerous.

UPDATE (2:41 PM): Police Chief Burguan continues to provide updates via Twitter, revealing that two adults are dead inside a classroom at North Park Elementary School as part of what appears to be a murder-suicide.
UPDATE (5:01 PM): Officials now believe the shooting was an incident of domestic violence involving the teacher who was killed, and that the two children who were struck by bullets were not targeted. One student is reportedly in serious condition and currently undergoing surgery.
