A high school in Glendale, Arizona was on lockdown Friday morning after two students were shot and killed. Glendale Police Officer Tracey Breeden said there is no suspect at this time, as the two 15-year old girls were found dead with a gun beside them. The school district reports that there is no active threat and that police have secured the campus.
Local media reports that two female sophomores at Independence High School have been killed. Each girl was found with a single gunshot wound, but law enforcement officials could not confirm their relationship or whether the incident was a suicide.
