“Starbucks REMOVED CHRISTMAS from their cups because they hate Jesus.”
These are the words of Joshua Feuerstein, who, according to his website, is “an American evangelist, internet and social media personality.”

He was reacting to Starbucks’ new Christmas cups, which look like this:
Last year’s cups featured snowflakes, swirls, and ornaments — a design choice that Feuerstein and others believe was less hostile to Jesus.
Feuerstein’s video excoriating the company for “taking Christ and Christmas off of their brand new cups” has been viewed over 12 million times on Facebook and has attracted international media attention.
Starbucks has defended this year’s design as minimalist reflection of the spirit of the holidays. “It can be literal, for example, as a blank canvas or it can be taken figuratively,” Starbucks Vice President Of Design Jeffrey Fields told Fox News.
We aren’t buying it. Here are five signs that Starbucks has declared war on Christmas.
1. Starbucks Christmas Blend Coffee
Reflect on your antipathy toward Christmas over a cup of hot Joe.
2. Starbucks Advent Calendar
Remind yourself of your hostility toward Christmas every day in December with this handy calendar.
3. Starbucks ‘Merry Christmas’ Gift Card
No better way to reflect the way you really feel about Christmas than by associating it with the world’s least thoughtful gift, the gift card.
4. Starbucks Christmas Tree Ornament
Put it on the floor to remind yourself that you don’t have a tree.
5. Starbucks Christmas Blend K-Cup Packs
These coffee pods are horrible for the environment, so of course Starbucks wants to put the word “Christmas” on them.
Update:
Donald Trump calls for a boycott of Starbucks over their new holiday cups. Seriously.
