Another woman has come forward to accuse Fox News host Bill O’Reilly of sexual and racial harassment, attorney Lisa Bloom — famous for representing a former Fox News guest who made similar accusations against the television host — revealed Tuesday.

The woman phoned in a complaint to the Fox News hotline — an anonymous hotline for all of 21st Century Fox — accusing O’Reilly of sexual and racial harassment. She did not disclose her identity or her race. However, Bloom said O’Reilly called the woman “hot chocolate” and leered at her.

O’Reilly’s office was reportedly near the woman’s desk.

“He would never talk to her, not even hello, except to grunt at her like a wild boar,” Bloom told The Hollywood Reporter. “He would leer at her. He would always do this when no one else was around and she was scared.”

“She was afraid if she told him to knock it off she’d get fired,” Bloom added. “Now that’s she’s aware this is all in the news, she’s decided to phone in a complaint to the Fox News hotline.”

Bloom’s decision to announce she would represent the woman came on the same day that a group of protesters affiliated with UltraViolet and survivors of sexual assault called for O’Reilly’s termination outside Fox News headquarters in New York City. Protesters chanted “Fire him” and “Fire Bill O’Reilly” while others shared personal testimony of sexual harassment and assault, Variety reported. The group also said they had delivered 480,000 petitions calling for O’Reilly’s termination to Fox News headquarters.

O’Reilly is set to return from “vacation” on April 24, following the revelation he paid $13 million in settlements to quietly silence five separate allegations of sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior. That news prompted an advertiser boycott of his show.

No final decisions have been made about whether the Murdoch family — which owns Fox News — will allow O’Reilly to return, though it seems increasingly likely he might’ve hosted his last show on the network. Three sources say both James and Lachlan Murdoch want O’Reilly out, though their father Rupert “resisted that outcome,” New York Magazine reported. A network insider told the publication the advertiser boycotts of O’Reilly’s show have led to an ad revenue decline so bad, “it’s worse than Glenn Beck,” referencing another advertiser boycott against that host in 2011.
