In an affidavit released Wednesday morning, a Washington, D.C. woman accused Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of a pattern of sexual misconduct, including “abusive and physically aggressive behavior to girls,” targeting girls with drugs and alcohol for the purpose of sexual assault, and involvement in gang rapes.

The accusations by Julie Swetnick, sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday and released by her attorney in a Wednesday morning tweet, are the latest allegations against Kavanaugh. He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and claims he was not sexually active until after college.

The allegations are similar to those made by another woman earlier this week, who had also said Kavanaugh took turns with other boys to sexually assault a drunk woman.
Kavanaugh and another woman who has accused him of sexual assault are both scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday. Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has thus far refused requests for other witnesses to testify.
